As promised! Here I am! Love lines and all! I tried everything to get those little boogers to stay away! It is ok, I will have a memory of this moment forever. That is what they make one piece bathing suits for right?
Everything is going good!! Baby Olson is doing great! Her heartbeat is good and doc thinks she is still head down. Although I am not sure about that...LOL. I had my strep test this time and that was not bad at all. I had heard that it was not comfortable. I was also "checked" and the doc thinks that she will be on time or late. That can all change in a day though. I will post some belly shots tonight I promise!! So check back!
I went to see my OB yesterday! We will not discuss the weight gain...LOL! Baby is doing good and she is pretty sure that she is head down now and that is great news! We talked about my hospital visit and she is not going to put me on bedrest for now because I am not dialated. However, my appts got moved to once per week already because I had some high blood pressure during my hosiptal visit. She wants to monitor that, she thinks that it is most likely from the anxiety from being in L & D that early because my blood pressure was fine yesterday. She said she likes to be over cautious.
Sooo on Monday 2/25 I was having some contractions, but they went away with water and laying down. Tues 2/26 I was feeling off all day, my tummy was extremely hard and having tons of lower back pain. So after work I decided that maybe I should call the OB and the on call OB called back and told me to go to L & D. Once they got me and the baby hooked up to the monitors they were picking up contractions every 2 minutes and my blood pressure was kind of high off and on. So they took my blood for tests and did the test to see if I would deliver with in 2 weeks and all those tests came back negative, so that was good. However, they had to give me a shot twice to stop the contractions. Once they slowed down they sent me home to be on bedrest for the rest of the week. I went to work on Wed for half day, started having contractions again so left. After being on bedrest the contractions are only like one time a day. So that is good!
