3d Ultrasound!!!

She is still a GIRL!!!

We decided to have a 3d ultrasound because we only were given one ultrasound from the doctor and we wanted to make sure that she was still a she. She is and we are excited!! She is breach right now and let me tell you very flexible! She had her legs up over her body with her feet right in front of her face.

She is yawning here!!

As you can image that makes it hard to get the pictures of her face. So after much patting, pressing, and moving of my stomach she moved just enough to get some pictures. We think that she is cute and can not wait to meet her! You have to love those chubby cheeks! We were able to have people come with us to the ultrasound. My mom, dad, sister, and mother in law came with. They enjoyed it as much as we did!

27 Week Appt

Again another short and sweet appt! I did have another jump in weight gain, but she did not seem concerned at all. We talked about finding a peditrician, so I am to bring in some prospects to my next appt and she will go over them with me. My next appt is in 2 weeks...yes I am going every 2 weeks now. Wow we are getting closer!

Hey it is me R.

Hey everyone,
Just thought I would finally post something on the blog. So here it goes. As you can tell by reading our history this has been a pretty amazing journey M and I have been on over the past almost two years. It has been both crushing and the most beautiful experience. I have to say that the blow of not being able to have kids naturally hit me pretty hard. I did not let it on to anyone, even M, but it was very depressing and only through the strength of our relationship, and God, was I able to see that it was not the end of the world. But the last 6 months have been amazing.

Watching M carry the baby, see her grow, and deal with her hormones LOL. This has made everything that we had to go through to get here all the more worth it. I can not wait to see the baby and watch her grow to be as beautiful as my wife. After watching M grow emotionally and spiritually over the last year I know that she is going to be a wonderful mother and a great role model for our daughter.

I am excited to see all the grandparents/great grandparents help our child learn all the important things in life that can only be taught by a FAMILY. M and I are so blessed to have a strong base in our families that we can rely on for our needs, which will not be getting any smaller. I thank God everyday for our family and our great friends. Yeah that is probable YOU I am talking to. We know that we can go to all of you for anything, and that makes us blessed.

Well I am done rambling and I want to close by saying I can not wait to see our little girl, and I can't wait for our little girl to meet all of you.
